Dr Leighton Seal trained at St Bartholomew’s hospital London and his post graduate training was at the Hammersmith Hospital and Imperial College London. His Welcome Trust Clinical Training Fellowship was in the hypothalamic control of reproduction and also food intake and obesity.
Dr Seal is a consultant and Honorary Senior Lecture in Endocrinology and Diabetes at St George’s Hospital Tooting where he runs a dedicated Men’s health clinic to treat erectile dysfunction and the associated metabolic disturbances in the diabetic population as well as testosterone disorders. There is also an active pituitary service at this site with 3 pituitary surgeons. Dr Seal is also Consultant Endocrinologist at the Gender Identity Clinic.
