Leigh Dyet PhD

Dr. Leigh Dyet is a consultant in neonatal medicine working within the Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Wing at UCLH. She studied medicine at Newcastle University Medical School and trained in neonatology at Queen Charlotte’s and Chelsea Hospital and UCLH. She has an interest in neonatal neurology and neurodevelopment and was awarded a PhD by Imperial College for her work identifying the relationships between brain MRI abnormalities and neurodevelopmental outcome in preterm infants. Leigh currently provides a follow up service for infants diagnosed antenatally with brain abnormalities and continues to have an active interest in neonatal brain imaging.
