Laurene Redding MBA

Laurene Redding is a Global Head of Value, Access & Pricing at BeiGene. Mrs. Redding is a results-evident senior pharmaceutical executive with a wide breadth of knowledge and therapeutic expertise.

Most recently Mrs. Redding led the Pharmaceutical Benefits and Innovation division for SunLife Financial, where she oversaw the pharmaceutical benefit strategy and delivery of solutions for clients. Prior to this, Mrs. Redding spent more than 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry, working in senior management-level positions for companies including Astra Zeneca, Takeda, Novo Nordisk, and Roche.

Mrs. Redding has also served as the industry representative on the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board (PMPRB) Steering Committee, championing the views and concerns of the industry staving off implementation for more than two years. She received both her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Pharmacology and Master of Business Administration from McMaster University.
