​Lauren MacyLauren Macy, an Improvement Advisor at IHI, serves on IHI’s Improvement Science and Methods Portfolio and teaches in IHI programs across a variety of settings and topic areas. Ms. Macy first started practicing improvement science with IHI in Ghana as a part of the Project Fives Alive! initiative, a seven-year project funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation striving to accelerate the reduction of mortality in children under five years old in Ghana using QI methods.
