Laurel Rudolph-kniech MD

Dr. Laurel A. Rudolph-Kniech, MD, is a board-certified physician in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine at Marshfield Clinic Health System, where she serves as Medical Director of Sports Medicine. She provides comprehensive care for athletes and active individuals, with a strong focus on non-operative orthopedics and musculoskeletal health.

Dr. Rudolph-Kniech earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed her internship and residency in Family Medicine at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center. She holds board certification in both Family Medicine and Sports Medicine and has maintained recertification in her specialties throughout her career.

With decades of clinical experience, Dr. Rudolph-Kniech is dedicated to evidence-based care that emphasizes patient education, injury prevention, and personalized treatment plans. She works closely with athletes of all ages, from student competitors to recreational and elite athletes, helping them return safely to activity and maintain long-term performance and wellness.

In addition to her clinical practice, she contributes to sports health and safety initiatives at the state level and remains actively involved in professional organizations that advance family and sports medicine.
