Laura Scheffler is a Chair of Aroma and Smell Research at the Friedrich-Alexander-University of Erlangen-Nurnberg. Her Clinical Interests are Chemical Thermodynamics, Chemical Bonds, Interaction Forces, Quantum Mechanics and Reaction Kinetics, Biopolymer Science, Colloidal Interactions, Nucleation, Glass Transitions, Mass Spectrometry, and Chromatography.
