Dr. Laura Daniels is the Clinical Psychologist for the Department of Family and Community Medicine’s residency clinics within Carilion Clinics in Roanoke, Virginia. Clinically, she provides integrated primary care behavioral health services which involve psychodiagnostic evaluation and treatment of mental and behavioral disorders that impact individuals' health and quality of life. Dr. Daniels provides medical education to family medicine residents through their Behavioral Medicine rotation. She is fully licensed in the Board of Psychology in the Commonwealth of Virginia. She is also credentialed as a Health Service Provider by the National Register. Dr. Daniels is actively involved and serves on the Board for the National Association of Psychologists in Academic Health Centers. She completed her Ph.D. in Clinical Health Psychology at East Carolina University in North Carolina and a two-year fellowship in clinical health and primary care psychology from Michigan State University.
