Laura Kloss MSN, RN, CNL

Laura Kloss, MSN, RN, CNL, is Clinical Manager of the Surgical Digestive Care Unit at Gundersen Health System. In her 11 years of health care experience, Ms. Kloss has focused on supporting patients and staff in medical-surgical settings through her work in a variety of roles, including Clinical Manager, Bedside RN, Quality Improvement RN, and Clinical Nurse Leader.
As Clinical Manager, Ms. Kloss provides leadership and support to the entire Surgical Digestive Care team. Through the use of continual quality improvement practices, the unit continues to see improvements in patient outcomes and staff engagement. Ms. Kloss has a bachelor’s degree from Mount Mercy College and a master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh.
