Laura Glick MD

Dr. Laura Rachel Glick, MD, is a physician specializing in oncology, hospital medicine, and academic internal medicine. She serves as Medical Director of Hospital Performance for Inpatient Oncology at Mass General Brigham and practices as a physician at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. In her leadership role, she focuses on improving hospital performance, patient outcomes, and the delivery of high-quality care for hospitalized oncology patients.

Dr. Glick is also an Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School, where she contributes to the education and mentorship of medical trainees while advancing academic initiatives in inpatient oncology care. Earlier in her career at Harvard, she served as a Clinical Fellow, further developing expertise in hospital-based oncology medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Yale School of Medicine. Dr. Glick earned her Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Community Health from Tufts University.
