Laura S. Allison, RN, is Head of Quality Improvement at NHS Education for Scotland, where she is responsible for the delivery of taught programs and resources that support building quality improvement capacity and capability across the public sector in Scotland. She provides strategic leadership in relation to Scottish national practice development, safety and improvement, and educational initiatives.
