Launice Melbourne MD

Dr. Launice Melbourne is a Board-Certified Pediatrician trained in the specialty of Neonatology who uses her skills to care for sick babies and help them in the process to one day becoming a NICU graduate. Through her work caring for these babies and working with families, she has realized a need to provide additional support for NICU Mother who sometimes has a hard time adjusting to life in the NICU. Dr. Launice has a passion and a desire to help to hurt Moms and get them to a place of healing by providing them with tools to be well informed, empowered to participate in the care of their babies, and transition to life as a mother of a preemie. Dr. Launice graduated from The Ohio State University College of Medicine and did her pediatric residency training at AECOM/Jacobi Medical Center. She then completed her Neonatology Fellowship at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC.
