Lara P. Quinlan MD, CAQSM

Lara Quinlan, MD, CAQSM earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at the College of William and Mary on a soccer scholarship in 2003. In 2008, she completed her medical degree at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. Dr. Quinlan completed both her internship and residency in Family Practice at Virginia Commonwealth University--Fairfax Family Practice in Fairfax, Virginia in 2011.

Currently, Dr. Quinlan serves as the Medical Director for Newport News Public Schools Athletic Department. As a specialist in Sports Medicine, she is thoroughly trained in caring for all athletes and patients with musculoskeletal related issues, acute injuries and educating the public about primary care sports medicine.
