Kyle Amber MD

Dr. Kyle T. Amber, MD is an Assistant Professor and Director of the Dermatology Infusion Center in the Department of Dermatology at the RUSH Medical College. He is board-certified in Dermatology. He completed his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Dr. Amber’s research interest in the minimization of steroid-related comorbidities in patients with autoimmune diseases lead to an international collaborative to investigate the incidence of Pneumocystis infections in patients with autoimmune blistering diseases that was published in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA)Dermatology. Amber serves as an editorial board member of the American Journal of Clinical Dermatology, in addition to serving as a peer reviewer for over 40 journals. He has served as a grant reviewer for several international granting bodies, including the National Institute of Health.
