Kush B. Badshah BA

Kush B. Badshah, Director, Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), leads several results-oriented initiatives and strategic partnerships focused on achieving population health and attending to the joy of the health care workforce. He provides strategic development and leadership for IHI’s Primary Care portfolio of projects and programs and works with the North America team to operationalize regional priorities in service of IHI’s mission. Prior to joining IHI, Mr. Badshah managed QI initiatives at a network of primary care clinics in Washington State, focusing on the patient’s journey throughout the care continuum, and worked with communities in the West Indies to increase access to care. He is a graduate of Lehigh University in Pennsylvania.
