Kurt is currently the System Vice President of Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness at OhioHealth. The emphasis with each of the individual function is to be world-class in their own respective domains. In addition, the teams are focused on the integration of their Talent Management capabilities to support the overall employee lifecycle at OhioHealth.
