Kunihiko Hiraishi PhD

Kunihiko Hiraishi received the BE, ME, and DE degrees from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan, in 1983, 1985, and 1990, respectively., He was with Fujitsu Limited and the Fujitsu Laboratories from 1995 to 2003. Since 1993, he has been with the School of Information Science, Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, Ishikawa, Japan, as an Associate Professor from 1993 to 2003, and a Professor from 2003. His current research interests include modeling and control of discrete event systems and formal verification of discrete/hybrid systems.
