Kristina Rosbe MD

Kristina W. Rosbe, MD is a Clinical Professor of Pediatric Otolaryngology – Head and Neck (OHNS) and Pediatrics at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Rosbe received her medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School. She completed her general surgery internship and an Otolaryngology residency at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and a Pediatric OHNS fellowship at the Children’s Hospital of Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. She is the Chief of the Division of Pediatric Otolaryngology. She is also part of the multidisciplinary team caring for children in the Birthmark and Vascular Anomalies Clinic and Craniofacial Clinic.

As a pediatric ENT specialist, Dr. Rosbe provides specialized care around the Bay Area: UCSF Greenbrae Clinic in Marin County and UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital in San Francisco. At these locations, she treats a variety of conditions including benign and malignant growths of the head and neck, voice and swallowing problems, hearing loss, sinus disease, breathing problems, and salivary gland disorders. Dr. Rosbe’s clinical practice includes all aspects of pediatric care of the ears, nose, and throat. She partners with other pediatric specialists to provide multidisciplinary state-of-the-art, highest quality, safe, patient and family-centered care in the Bay Area.

Dr. Rosbe’s research interests include outcomes in children with vascular malformations affecting the head and neck, airway and swallowing disorders, and pediatric salivary gland disease. She is the Surgical Director of Perioperative Care for Benioff Children’s Hospital, Mission Bay. In this role, she partners with other Perioperative Leaders to improve operational efficiency, safety, and quality of care. She is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the Triological Society, the American Society of Pediatric Otolaryngology, the Society for Ear Nose and Throat Advancement in Children, and serves on the Board of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
