Kristina Allen-Brady, PhD, MSPH, MPH, is a Research Assistant Professor at the University of Utah School of Medicine, Division of Genetic Epidemiology. As a genetic epidemiologist, her research interests include pelvic floor disorders, food allergies, autism, cancer, and the development of new methods to analyze genetic data.

Allen-Brady has always been interested in research and seeking to understand the underlying causes of chronic diseases. This curiosity has led her to publish her findings in several different journals. She reviews frequently for different journals as well as various grant funding agencies.

Allen-Brady received her PhD, MSPH, and MPT degrees all from the University of Utah. She is currently a member of the American Society of Human Genetics, and the International Society of Genetic Epidemiology, a licensed physical therapist in the state of Utah, and serves on the University of Utah Institutional Review Board (IRB).
