Kristin Motley PharmD, MBA

Kristin Motley currently works as a Field Supervisor and Compliance Coordinator on the pharmacy experiential team at St. Joseph's University (SJU). Working with pharmacy students is enjoyable. She always gives them her best because they are the pharmacists who will handle her meds when she is old and gray! However, the most meaningful work that she does there is her diversity, equity, and inclusion work.

In addition to my role at SJU, She also manages Health Care Solutions of Delaware Valley (HCS), a health and wellness consulting firm that she started in 2010. She was compelled to do something to help people access drugs they could not afford and help them better manage their health conditions. In 2015, shifted our focus to corporate health and wellness programs and services. At HCS, she runs all business operations and manages projects that focus on helping companies keep their employees happy and healthy.

In 2022, Motley founded Health Educated, Inc., a nonprofit organization. It was birthed out of the need to increase COVID-19 vaccination rates in the Black and Hispanic communities. Through this organization, She creates community health education outreach and engagement initiatives, trains community outreach workers, organizes vaccination clinics, develops educational programs for healthcare providers, and hosts a live, weekly podcast to keep the black community updated on important health topics.
