Kristin Anne Rutter MA, MBBS, MBA

Kristin-Anne is a Partner at McKinsey & Company. With experience as a medical doctor, she has worked for the last ten years with healthcare providers in the United Kingdom and Australia to develop strategies and improve operations to deliver higher-quality care for patients. In recent years, she has spearheaded thinking on how digital (personal, mobile, proactive automation, and connectivity) and how the use of the resulting data can transform how care is delivered. She works with small and large technology companies, looking to bring innovations into the market as well as supporting payors and providers to better utilize existing technologies and incorporate new digital opportunities.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Kristin-Anne worked as a doctor in Iceland. She also worked at Eli Lilly in manufacturing quality assurance and as product manager for Neuromonics, a start-up bringing a treatment for tinnitus to market in Australia. She serves as a trustee for Marie Stopes International.
