Kristen McNiff applies decades of professional experience in healthcare management and policy to improve cancer care. My career focuses on quality, value, and operational excellence in cancer care throughout the continuum (prevention, diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, end of life care). I have expertise in population health; understanding and applying emerging healthcare policy and payment issues; promoting patients’ and consumers’ leadership in improving healthcare; maximizing the use of data resources to understand quality and value; measurement methodology; and program planning, implementation, and evaluation. Kristen McNiff offers strong leadership and management skills, including organizational efficiency, change management, empirically-based strategic planning, group facilitation, and consensus-building.

Kristen McNiff received my Master’s in Public Health from the George Washington University, Health Systems Engineering certification from Lehigh University, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Villanova University. In 2020, I initiated DrPH training at the University of Georgia, with expected completion in 2024.

In all professional roles, I bring a passion for high-value system improvements that improve the experience of people with cancer.
