Kristen B. Brooks MD

Kristen Brooks, MD After completing medical school and residency training at UCSF, Brooks joined the faculty as the Assistant Director of the Psychiatry Consultation and Liaison Service. In addition, Brooks worked in both medical student and resident education developing curriculums, teaching, and collaborating with colleagues on efforts to advance education at the University. Brooks joined Kaiser Permanente in 2012 and has been very pleased with the many ways in which Brooks can partner with patients in their healthcare. Brooks's goal is to educate patients so that they feel informed and empowered to make decisions collaboratively with me. Brooks value many types of therapies and encourage patients to work on making positive changes in habits, lifestyle, and mindset with the goal of achieving good mental and physical health.
