Dr. Krista N. Larson is a board-certified general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatologist. Originally from Miami, FL, she earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida with a double major in biology and neurobiological sciences. She received her medical degree in 2016 from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville, VA. She then completed her internal medicine internship at the University of Florida Shands Hospital in Gainesville, FL. Dr. Larson completed her dermatology residency at West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV, where she was named Chief Resident in 2019.
Dr Larson is actively affiliated with the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS), and the American Society of Mohs Surgeons (ASMS). She is a certified translator in Spanish and is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology in Mohs Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery.
