Krista Eschbach MD

Dr. Krista Eschbach, MD, is an Associate Professor at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and a pediatric epileptologist at Children’s Hospital Colorado. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy in children, with expertise in EEG interpretation and comprehensive epilepsy care.

Dr. Eschbach also serves as Associate Program Director for the Pediatric Epilepsy Fellowship, where she is actively involved in training and mentoring the next generation of neurologists and epilepsy specialists.

Her academic and research work focuses on improving outcomes for children with epilepsy, particularly in early-life epilepsy and neurodevelopmental care. She has contributed to collaborative research efforts aimed at advancing clinical practices and understanding barriers to effective neuropsychological and developmental support. Dr. Eschbach’s work reflects a commitment to integrating clinical excellence, education, and research to enhance the quality of life for children with neurological disorders.
