Konstantinos Lampropoulos was Born in Athens, he graduated from Athens College (1978) with honors. He studied at the Medical School of the University of Athens (1978 – 1984). After completing his military service in the Health Service of the Air Force and the Field Service at the Rural Clinic of Platanos and at the Gytheio Health Center of Lakonia, he began a one-year residency in General Surgery at the 2nd Surgical Clinic of the General Hospital of Piraeus METAXA, and then two years in Otorhinolaryngology at the ENT Clinic of the Piraeus Medical University METAXA (Director: Prof. K. Banis) and two years at the ENT Clinic of Korgialenio - Benakei Hospital of the EES (Director: Prof. G. Dokianakis). From 1992 to 1993 he trained in Plastic Surgery at the Department of P.X. of G.K.N. of Athens and in Neurosurgery at N.X. Clinic of G.K.N. Athens. In May 1993 he obtained a specialty title in Otorhinolaryngology.

He participated in the Translation Team of the "Manual of Clinical Oncology" of the UICC, Litsa publications 1991. From 1989 to 1992 he prepared his doctoral thesis on the subject: Rhinomanometry - Preparation of Tables of Physiological Values ​​and Clinical Applications and in November 1992 he was awarded the title of Doctor of Democritus University of Thrace. He retrained in his specialty abroad (Meeting of the International Committee for the Standardization Rhinomamometry, London, England, 1990, Training in the techniques of rhinomanometry in the ENT Dpt. of the Free University in Brussels, Belgium, 1990, 3rd Course in Endoscopic Surgery of the Paranasal Sinuses in Brussels, Belgium, and Koeln, Deutschland, 1991, Training in the technique of examining phoniatric patients at the University Phoniatrics Clinic of the Humboldt Universitaet Berlin, 1994, and Training in thermoplastic operations at the University of Amsterdam, 2005 ).
