Konrad Slynarski MD, PhD

Konrad is an Experienced Surgeon with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & healthcare industry. Skilled in Stem Cells, Tissue Engineering of Ligaments, Cartilage and Meniscus, Arthroscopy and Reconstructive Knee Surgery, Arthroplasty, Medical Devices and Regenerative Medicine. Strong entrepreneurship professional with a Ph.D. focused in Orthopedics/Tissue Engineering from the Medical University of Warsaw. His Ph.D. thesis was focused on “Optimization of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells and hyaluronan scaffold composites for cartilage regeneration".
He Completed research fellowship at Skeletal Research Center of Case Western University in Cleveland, USA, with Dr. Arnold Caplan (funded by the Polish-American Kosciuszko Foundation). He was a principal investigator in several comprehensive clinical studies including iBalance Medical, Genzyme, CellCoTec, Moximed, Nuvasive, Regentis. Dr. Slynarski is currently Head of private Sports Medicine Center, LEKMED Warsaw, Poland. He is a President od Polish Arthroscopy Society, member of Education Committee of International Cartilage Repair Society (ICRS) and Osteotomy Committee of European Society for Sports Traumatology, Knee Surgery, and Arthroscopy (ESSKA).
