Koji Izutsu MD, PhD

Dr. Koji Izutsu is a Financial Director of Hematology at the National Cancer Center Hospital, Tokyo. He has been in the field of hematological malignancies with a firm academic interest in improving the prognosis of lymphoid malignancies while maintaining a better quality of life for the patients. For decades, he has been contributing to the practice guidelines of the Japanese Society of Hematology and the Japan Society for Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation. He has been a principal investigator for many corporate-sponsored clinical trials (phases 1, 2, and 3 including global trials) for lymphoma, leukemia, and myeloma.
