Klaus Bonnelykke MD, PhD

Klaus Bønnelykke received his medical degree from the University of Copenhagen in 2002, and then worked 1½ year at the paediatric department of Hillerød Hospital. He has been involved in various research projects concerning childhood asthma since 1998.

Klaus finished his PhD entitled “Intrauterine and genetic factors in early childhood sensitization” at COPSAC 2010. He is currently a senior researcher at COPSAC working on the project: “Endotyping early childhood asthma with a focus on genetics”.
