Dr Micallef Stafrace is the Vice President of the European Federation of Sports Medicine Associations, the Consultant in Sports and Exercise Medicine at Mater Dei Hospital, President of the Maltese Association of Sports and Exercise Medicine, a Director within the Maltese Olympic Committee as well as the Chairman of their Medical Commission, and a Senior Lecturer in Sports Science in the Institute of Physical Education and Sports(IPES)within the University of Malta.
