Kimberly Mcnally MN, RN, BCC

Kimberly McNally, MN, RN, BCC, leads McNally & Associates, a consulting firm specializing in healthcare leadership and governance development. As an experienced leader and certified executive coach, she helps senior executives accelerate their leadership skills and build strong teams. She works with organizations to achieve board-management alignment and to increase board effectiveness.

Kimberly has worked with leaders across the health care spectrum, including hospitals, health systems, community health centers, ambulatory surgery centers, home care agencies, long-term care facilities, physician practices, medical technology companies, research institutions, and health plans. In addition, she has served leaders in higher education, public school districts, trade associations, housing authorities, and public utilities. Since 1998, she has served more than 100 organizations nationally and internationally.

She co-authored The Nurse Executive’s Coaching Manual, published by Sigma Theta Tau. The book was recognized with an American Journal of Nursing 2010 Book of the Year Award (leadership/management category). For the National Association of Community Health Centers, she wrote the Health Center Program Governing Board Workbook (Health Resources and Services Administration, Bureau of Primary Health Care (HRSA/BPHC), 2015).
