Dr. Kim Tartaglia is a Professor of Medicine in the Department of Internal Medicine at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus OH. She received her medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago in 2004 and completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Chicago Hospitals.
In 2008, she joined the faculty at the Ohio State University in the Division of Hospital Medicine and Pediatrics. From 2011-2018, she served as director for quality improvement and patient safety for the division of hospital medicine. She currently serves as the academic program director for the med-3 year and director of faculty mentorship for the OSU College of Medicine. She is a certified health coach through the NBHWC and is the director of the IMWell Program for the Internal Medicine residency program. Her current research interests include faculty coaching and mentorship and implementing lifestyle medicine in the workplace.
