Dr. Kho joined the faculty at UT Southwestern in 2009 as an Assistant Professor in the Division of Gynecology in the Department of Obstetrics Gynecology. She completed a joint undergraduate and medical program at Rice University and Baylor College of Medicine in 2004. She also obtained a Masters in Public Health from the Harvard School of Public Health in 2004. Dr. Kho then went on to complete her residency at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Columbia University Medical Center and a fellowship in advanced minimally invasive gynecologic surgery under Dr. Ceana Nezhat. Dr. Kho's clinical work focuses on advanced minimally invasive surgery for benign gynecologic disorders such as abnormal bleeding, endometriosis and fibroids. She completed an NIH supported Masters in Clinical Science in 2014 and conducts clinical research in the use of technology in gynecologic surgery, surgical complications, simulation and surgical education.
