Kimberly Boothe

Healthcare professional and leader with 15 years experience in Health Systems and 10 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry. My name is Kimberly Boothe, Kimber for short. I am passionate about spending time on the right things to deliver strategic, focused results in business while also excelling in the other areas of life - family, self, and community. The strengths I utilize to exceed my goals are achiever, relator, learner, and focus. I am a connector and believe in the power of connecting people, technology, and knowledge. My diverse life-science experience includes medical science liaison role and management, medical education/CME, investigator initiated studies, Phase IV studies, advisory boards, publications, Medical Affairs strategic planning, budget management, opinion leader and professional organization management, professional marketing liaison, and information systems supporting these functions. I have worked on products in various lifecycle stages from early pipeline, pre-launch, launch and mature brands across several therapeutic areas (Cardiology, Cardiopulmonary, Dermatology, Hematology, Infectious Disease, Metabolics, Neurology, Oncology, Women’s Healthcare). I am a Pharmacist with clinical health care experience completing a two-year residency and practicing at Yale-New Haven Hospital where I was Clinical Specialist, Drug Utilization and Cardiology and Clinical Pharmacist, Cardiology and Cardiothoracic Surgery. There I was responsible for drug use optimization, clinical advisor to the Cardiology P&T Subcommittee, clinical quality improvement, clinical pharmacy services in the Cardiothoracic ICU, Coronary ICU,, and step-down units, and education and training.
