Kien Lee, PhD, Vice President and Principal Associate, has expertise in immigrant integration, racial equity strategies and programming, reducing health disparities, and developing cross-culturally competent organizations. She has received several awards for her work, including from the Society for Community Research and (with D. Chavis) the American Evaluation Association. Dr. Kien leads the evaluation of efforts to address community change due to demographic shifts, and currently directs the evaluation of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation’s place-based work in Mississippi, as well as several studies for the Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Services that are focused on immigrant integration.
