Khelda Jabbar MD, MPH, CPE, CCD

Khelda Jabbar, MD, MPH, CPE, CCD joined Charles River Community Health in July 2020 as the Chief Clinical Officer, where she oversees all of the clinical departments including primary care, nursing, behavioral health, women’s health, and eye care.

Prior to joining Charles River, Dr. Jabbar was the Chief of the Internal Medicine Department at South Shore Medical Center/ South Shore Health System. In addition to that role, she led the development of the bone health program and the accreditation of the program with the International Society of Clinical Densitometry.

In addition to her leadership roles, she remains a practicing primary care physician with a focus on improving access to patients while delivering quality care.

Dr. Jabbar received her Doctor of Medicine and Master’s in Public Health from Boston University, and also conducted a Women’s Health Fellowship there. She is also a certified clinical bone densitometric. Dr. Jabbar is also a Certified Physician Executive through the American Academy of Physician Leadership. She is bilingual in English and Arabic.
