Khadija Hafidh MD, FRCP

Dr. Khadija Hafidh has over 20 years of experience in Internal medicine, diabetes, obesity, metabolism, and medical education. Currently, she heads the Diabetes Unit at Rashid Hospital, Dubai Academic Health Corporation. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh and a member of the American College of Physicians.

She is an Associate Professor at Dubai Medical College for Girls, and a Clinical Tutor at Mohammed Bin Rashed University College of Medicine, UAE. She is a certified SCOPE obesity expert and Cardio-metabolic Health Specialist. She is a member of the steering committee for the UAE National Diabetes Guidelines and an Editorial Board Member of the Dubai Diabetes and Endocrine Journal. Her research interest includes cardiovascular complications in Diabetes and Obesity.
