Kevin Alschuler, Ph.D., is a psychologist at the Rehabilitation Medicine Clinic at UW Medical Center and the Multiple Sclerosis Centers at UW Medical Center and Northwest Hospital. He is also a UW associate professor of Rehabilitation Medicine and Psychology and an adjunct associate professor of Neurology.
Dr. Alschuler has expertise in improving the functioning and quality of life of individuals with multiple sclerosis and other chronic medical conditions. He strives to create active partnerships with his patients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Dr. Alschuler earned his Ph.D. from Eastern Michigan University, Ypsilanti. His clinical interests include multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury and multidisciplinary care.His research interests include improving the understanding of how individuals cope with chronic illness or injury, including factors that improve and worsen quality of life and functioning.
