Kevin Fleming

Kevin recently served as President of Paradigm Outcomes, a leader in healthcare services focused on catastrophic injuries and chronic pain conditions. Paradigm is widely recognized as best in class with clinical outcomes at a 60% return to work achievement level.During Kevin's tenure, changes that he helped to put in place resulted in improvement in financial results and enterprise value, which was monetized via a transaction with private equity in 2012.

Previously, Kevin was a Managing Director for a Fortune 100 global IT and Business Processes Outsourcer, running a large business unit with a customer base of leading healthcare and financial services companies in the U.S. and U.K. This included full P&L management and operational leadership of clients’ core business processes and IT functions.

Kevin also served as a Partner at Ernst & Young specializing in healthcare and financial services. He was part of the firm’s leadership team to establish a successful M&A Post Merger Integration practice.
