Kevin Cowles BA, MS

Kevin Cowles is the Vice President Neuroscience Sales for Shire Pharmaceuticals; he joined Shire in 2015 with a background of over 20+ years within the pharmaceutical industry. This background included working in leadership roles for Bausch + Lomb and AstraZeneca. Kevin started his career at Shire as the Great Lakes Region Zone Director. With Kevin’s proven track record of success in sales leadership within one year he was promoted to his current role as Vice President and is responsible for over 550+ sales reps with sales revenue of over $2 Billion.
He has a BA in Political Science from Western Kentucky University and a MS in Industrial & Engineering Technology from Murray State University. Kevin also spent 7 years in the United States Army as an officer, serving in various combat arms and combat support leadership positions. He retired in 1998 with rank of Captain.
