Kenneth Zeko

Kenneth Zeko, JD is a Senior Vice President of Compliance and Risk Services at Crowe Healthcare Risk Consulting, a subsidiary of Crowe, LLP. Ken is based in Dallas, TX. A licensed attorney with approximately 23 years of regulatory, compliance experience, he assists clients with compliance program assessments, risk assessments, investigations, Independent Review Organization (IRO) engagements and Pre-IRO engagements.

Ken has conducted over 60 Compliance Program Assessments. Ken has assisted public hospitals, academic medical centers, integrated health systems, community hospitals, pediatric hospitals, medical device companies, payors, dialysis providers, physician practices and post-acute care providers, Ken speaks nationally on a broad range of compliance issues and utilizes his relationships within the industry, as well as his understanding of corporate governance -- including the Federal Sentencing Guidelines and the OIG’s various compliance guidance documents -- to assist clients in a variety of complex compliance issues.
