Kenneth Kolbeck MD, PhD

Dr. Kenneth John Kolbeck, MD, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Diagnostic Radiology. He received his Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He obtained board certification from the American Board of Radiology in diagnostic radiology.

Dr. Kolbeck specializes in caring for patients with various types of cancer. He has advanced training in interventional radiology procedures with a focus on interventional oncology techniques. The majority of his patients have primary liver cancer or cancer that has spread to the liver. He also treats some patients with kidney cancer.

His research interests are Radiology, Diagnostic Radiology, Interventional Radiology, Cancer, Liver Cancer, Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Ultrasound, Interventional Oncology, and Kidney Cancer.
