Kelly M. Crawford, MD, is an attending physician in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department, with a specialty in traumatic brain injury, at Carolinas Rehabilitation in Charlotte, North Carolina. Dr. Crawford earned her medical degree from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio.
She completed her residency at the University of Cincinnati and went to the University of Pittsburgh for fellowship in Traumatic Brain Injury and Concussion. She is board certified in both Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Brain Injury Medicine.
Dr. Crawford is currently the Brain Injury Program Medical Director and Brain Injury Fellowship Director at Carolinas Rehabilitation. She was previously the Brain Injury Program Medical Director and the Associate Residency Program Director at the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine.
