Kelly Grimes is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in musculoskeletal pain, with particular interest and expertise in spine care and scoliosis management across the lifespan. Her practice focuses on individualized treatment plans built around each patient’s unique goals – relying on on assessments grounded in movement analysis, and collaborative, hands-on style thatconsiders the whole patient rather than just a painful or troublesome body part.
Dr. Grimes holds degrees from UCLA and Mount Saint Mary's College. Her interest in physical therapy grew from her career as a cross country and track and field collegiate athlete and her own struggles with injuries. Her personal experiences with rehabilitation sparked a passion for helping others achieve their full potential. Kelly is a graduate of Kaiser Permanente Southern California's Orthopedic Residency, Manual Therapy Fellowship, and Movement Science Fellowship.
