Keith C. Kocis serves as AeroMD’s Pediatric Medical Director and is one of our founding employees having been with the program since the beginning. Dr. Kocis graduated medical school from the SUNY Health Science Center – Syracuse, New York in 1987 and completed his residency in pediatrics in 1990 at The Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC.
Afterwards, Dr. Kocis completed a Fellowship in Pediatric Cardiology at The University of Michigan’s CS Mott Children’s Hospital and become Board Certified in 1993 at which time he realized his true passion was critical care medicine. He was accepted into and completed the Pediatric Critical Care Medicine Fellowship training program at The Johns Hopkins University Hospital completing the program and becoming Board Certified in 1996.
