Keith Baxter BSc, MSc, MD, FRCSC

Dr. Baxter is the Chief of Surgery at Vancouver Acute Hospitals and the Head of Division of Vascular Surgery at UBC and VGH. He has recently served as President of the Canadian Society for Vascular Surgery.

Dr. Baxter completed his Vascular Surgery education at UBC in 2007 and subsequently trained in advanced endovascular interventions in Melbourne and Sydney, Australia. He specializes in managing all aspects of arterial and venous care, though he has extra interest in the complex endovascular treatment of aortic diseases. He also values his time educating future surgeons.

In his spare time, Dr. Baxter enjoys golf, skiing, cycling, and spending time with his 2 children.
