Kecia Norling RN, MBA, CNOR, CASC

Kecia Norling, MBA, RN, CNOR, CASC has been an RN for 33 years with 20 of those in ASCs. She has led two de novo surgery center projects and functioned as both a clinical director and administrator. Kecia has experience in independent, surgeon owned centers; and joint venture centers between surgeons, corporate owners and hospital systems. In May 2019, she became the Director of Operations for Surgical Care Affiliates in the Portland, Oregon market, where she oversees five Providence/SCA surgery centers. Kecia is a past president of OASCA, current vice president of ASCA and current board member of the Oregon Patient Safety Commission – representing ASCs. Kecia is married with 7 children and 7 grandchildren. Her hobbies include golf and Oregon Ducks football.
