Kavita Mariwalla MD, FAAD

Dr. Kavita Mariwalla is a double Board-Certified Dermatologist and a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon. She received her medical degree from Yale, after which she completed her dermatology residency and Mohs fellowship training.

Dr. Mariwalla is the full-time provider at Mariwalla Dermatology in Long Island and Co-Founder of Boards University. She is considered a key opinion leader in the field of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery. She is also the former Director of Cutaneous Oncology at the Beth Israel Cancer Center in Manhattan. Dr. Mariwalla pioneered 21@21 on Instagram LIVE during the COVID Pandemic as a way for dermatology residents and Mohs fellows to continue to receive top-notch educational content when social distancing was in order. Fast forward three years, and her 21@21 is still wildly popular in preparing residents for the Surgical CORE exam and the end-of-year Applied Exam.
