Katy E. Trinkley PharmD, BCACP

Dr. Katy Trinkley is an assistant professor at the University of Colorado. She graduated with her Doctor of Pharmacy from Purdue University, School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2008. In 2009 she completed a Postdoctoral Residency in Adult Primary Care, followed in 2011 by a Pharmacotherapy Fellowship, both from the Ohio State University. Dr. Trinkley’s research experiences have involved clinical trials in cardiology, health outcomes and medication safety with a focus on gastrointestinal disorders and internal medicine. Her current research interests involve translational research in the adult ambulatory care setting, optimizing outcomes for diabetic patients, and preventing and correcting medication adverse events in primary care.
