Katie C. Namtu PharmD

Dr. Katie C. Namtu received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2005 from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston, MA. She went on to complete her pharmacy practice residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC and her pediatric pharmacy specialty residency at All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL. Upon completion of her post-graduate training Dr. Namtu was the clinical pharmacy specialist in pediatric hematology-oncology at Florida Children’s Hospital in Orlando, FL before returning to Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in 2008 as the current infectious disease clinical pharmacy specialist and co-director of the antimicrobial stewardship program.
