Kathy Giffuni MSN, RN-BC, NE-BC

Kathy is the Asst. Director, Nursing at The Dolan Family Health Center, part of Northwell Health and Huntington Hospital. Kathy is part of the leadership team that has helped the Dolan Center to be recognized for its quality and operational initiatives. The Dolan Family Health Center’s mission is to provide comprehensive primary care to the medically underserved of Huntington Township. Their goal is that every patient is provided comprehensive and continuous preventative care, primary diagnosis and treatment services as well as effective coordination of care. For over 23 years the Dolan Center has served as a safety net as well as a medical home for members of our community.

Kathy graduated from Alfred University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Adelphi University with her Master of Science in Nursing. She holds certifications in Ambulatory Care Nursing and as a Nurse Executive. She is strongly committed to improving the transitions of care for patients as they move through the health care continuum, connecting them between the hospital or acute care setting and the outpatient or ambulatory setting.
